Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager with at least 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity. Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all transactions. Key RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial projects preferred). Strong track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
