About the Role:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in residential/commercial real estate projects.
Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to maximize productivity and performance.
Generate new business opportunities through client networking, channel partners, brokers, and corporate tie-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Oversee end-to-end sales cycle including client presentations, negotiations, closures, and documentation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop actionable insights.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to create effective promotional campaigns.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with business objectives.
Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for management review.
