MYRON HOME is Hiring Real Estate- Sales Executive to drive sales of open plots & Commercial Property across Telangana . Key Responsibilities- -Network: Manage Channel Partners -Client acquisition: Identify potential buyers and generate leads for open plot sales. - Sales and Negotiation: Effectively communicate the benefits of the plots, negotiate deals, and close sales. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies. - Reporting: Report sales progress and activities to management. -Target: Achieve Monthly Sales Target. Requirements- Experience: Minimum 3 experience in real estate Open plots sales is a plus.
