Job Description

Role & responsibilities Drive property sales (residential/commercial) in Noida to achieve revenue targets. Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing tie-ups. Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, project) for smooth sales operations. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Ensure adherence to RERA and other regulatory compliances. Maintain accurate reports and CRM records for sales performance tracking. Preferred candidate profile Having experience in Sales (Any Industry). Must have own vehicle. Must have good verbal & written communication Skills.
