  • About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to residential and/or commercial real estate sales, a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct clients.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare MIS reports.

  • Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in real estate (residential/commercial).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market.
