Salary range: Rs 200000 - Rs 400000 (ie INR 2-4 LPA)

Min Experience: 1 yearsLocation: Navi MumbaiJobType: full-timeThis position focuses on driving residential real estate sales within the Navi Mumbai region. You will manage end-to-end buyer interactions, guide prospects through property options, and convert qualified leads into successful sales. The role requires strong communication, market understanding, and the ability to match client needs with the right property solutions while consistently meeting monthly revenue goals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential real estate sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Conduct complete discussions with buyers, educating them on available property options and offerings
  • Attend and convert inquiries generated through digital marketing channels by addressing client needs and concerns
  • Lead negotiations, advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment suitability
  • Provide informed consultation to customers to help them secure the best deal under the best terms
  • Understand buyer requirements and recommend the most suitable property solutions
  • Showcase properties effectively to convert prospects into buyers based on their investment expectations
  • Coordinate with the internal CRM team to ensure smooth and hassle-free post-sales processes
  • Build trust and maintain professional conduct while demonstrating strong communication, customer focus, problem-solving, and integrity

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in presales or sales, ideally in real estate
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident and positive attitude
  • Highly motivated with a focused mindset suited for a hardcore sales role
