Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive Real Estate Company:

Handle client inquiries and provide project consultations.
Conduct property site visits with clients.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate and close deals effectively.
Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and real estate developers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

Experience in sales; real estate sales experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Must own a
two-wheeler/four-wheeler
(vehicle is
mandatory
).
Comfortable working on weekends and holidays (Weekly off on
Tuesday
).
Knowledge of Noida and Delhi NCR real estate market is an added advantage.
