Maintain an accurate and detailed record (tally) of all calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM software. Answer basic questions from clients and handle initial objections gracefully. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and site visits. Coordinate seamlessly with the senior sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
