Job Description

Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database. Engage with prospective clients to understand their property requirements and interests. Effectively pitch the key features and benefits of our properties. Generate qualified leads by identifying interested prospects and persuading them for a site visit or an appointment with our sales managers. Diligently follow up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel. Maintain an accurate and detailed record (tally) of all calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM software. Answer basic questions from clients and handle initial objections gracefully. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and site visits. Coordinate seamlessly with the senior sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
