Real Estate Sales Manager

Company: CNB Property Venture Location: Gurugram Position: Sales Head Experience Required: 7–10 Years in Real Estate Sales Working Days: 6 Days a Week Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building strong client relationships, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance. Manage client relationships, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships. Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and property presentations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management. Drive end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that boost sales. Requirements Proven experience (7+ years) in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
