Job Description

We are seeking a young, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales and a strong track record of leading teams to exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of sales executives, and nurturing relationships with clients and channel partners.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners and real estate agents, Brokers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

A go-getter with 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Fluent with Hindi, English And Gujarati Mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, legal procedures, and sales processes.
A positive attitude and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
