Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and leads generated through various marketing campaigns and online/offline channels. Understand customer requirements and provide project details, pricing, and relevant information. Qualify leads and schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and follow-up status. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead management. Provide timely follow-ups and maintain customer engagement until handover to the sales team. Share project brochures, pricing sheets, and other promotional materials with potential clients. Generate regular reports on lead status, conversion ratios, and pipeline progress. Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and property fairs. Maintain a professional tone and brand image during all client interactions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, telecalling, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi fluency required). Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and customer lifecycle. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms. Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.
