Real Estate Sales Executive ahmedabad 0 - 31 years INR 2.4 - 6.6 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused On-Site Sales Executive to manage walk-in clients, conduct project showings, and convert inquiries into bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to deliver a premium customer experience. Key Responsibilities Client Handling Attend walk-in customers at the project site and understand their requirements. Give project presentations, site tours, and explain amenities, layouts, pricing, and payment plans. Provide accurate information and guidance throughout the buying journey. Sales & Conversions Convert qualified inquiries into site visits and site visits into bookings. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue. Maintain a high conversion ratio through strong communication and product knowledge. Follow-Up & Coordination Conduct regular follow-ups with leads via WhatsApp, calls, and emails. Coordinate with CRM, booking, and finance teams for documentation, booking form, and agreement process. Maintain updated records in CRM/software. Market Knowledge Stay updated with local real estate trends, competing projects, and pricing. Understand customer profiles (NRI, Investor, End-user) and pitch accordingly.
