JOB DESCRIPTION Title: Executive/Sr. Executive - Sales Department: Sales The position reports to: Team Manager

Role Description
1. Contacting and following up with new Clients and setting up new business opportunities. 2. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business, and cold calling for sales of Primary properties 3. Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best 4. Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required 5. Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects


Requirements 1. 1+ years of relevant work experience in the real estate/or any other service industry 2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills 3. Persuasive with marketing and sales skill 4. Customer service orientation 5. High levels of passion and ownership 6. Completed Graduation and above
