Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain ongoing real estate projects. Handle inbound inquiries received via calls, website leads, social media, and marketing campaigns. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project details, pricing, and availability. Generate qualified leads and update lead information in CRM. Schedule site visits for interested customers and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain follow-up communication until the lead converts to a site visit or sale. Achieve weekly and monthly calling/lead targets set by the management. Maintain professionalism and strong customer service during all interactions. Keep updated knowledge of project features, inventory, pricing, and market competition. Prepare basic reports such as daily call reports, enquiry status, and follow-up summaries.
