Role & responsibilities Direct Residential & Commercial Sales Key Responsibilities1. Sales and Marketing Lead Management: Identify viable leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable property solutions. Property Presentations: Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the client and the company. Sales Closure: Close sales deals effectively, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and timely. 2. Market Research and Analysis Market Trends: Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape to provide accurate information to clients. 3. Customer Relationship Management Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and post-sale support. Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for review by the sales manager. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities. Preferred candidate profile Education and Experience Education: a bachelor's degree in any field, real estate and Hospitality industries will be given first preference Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
