Real Estate Sales Executive

Lead Generation and Management: Identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and following up to convert them into sales.  Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored property solutions.  Property Marketing and Sales: Conducting property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers, and presenting sales proposals.  Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating sales agreements, terms, and conditions, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.  Market Analysis and Research: Staying updated on market trends, property values, and real estate laws, conducting market research to identify selling opportunities.  Post-Sale Support: Providing excellent customer service and support to clients after the sale, addressing any queries or concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition.  Sales Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and submitting sales reports, tracking progress against targets, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.  Collaboration: Working with other departments like marketing and legal, and collaborating with other sales team members.  Maintaining Accurate Records: Keeping detailed records of client interactions, property details, and sales transactions.  Continuous Professional Development: Staying updated on industry best practices, attending training sessions, and participating in relevant events Organizing site visits for prospective customers. Accompany customers on site visits and make sure that customer is briefed in detail about the project. Demonstrate initiative and problem- solving skills.
