We are looking for a professional with proven experience in property sales and client handling. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently generate and close leads. This is Salary Plus Big Commission based job where a potential person can earn minimum 2 Lacs per month to 4 Lacs per month. Role & responsibilities Identify and connect with potential property buyers and investors. Promote residential and commercial properties through various sales channels. Conduct site visits, explain project details, and negotiate deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Provide market insights and feedback to improve sales strategies Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial) or Someone from Bank Sales or Insurance Sales with expertise Strong network and understanding of the local real estate market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
