Role & responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential property buyers and investors.

Promote residential and commercial properties through various sales channels.

Conduct site visits, explain project details, and negotiate deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.

Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Provide market insights and feedback to improve sales strategies

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial) or Someone from Bank Sales or Insurance Sales with expertise

Strong network and understanding of the local real estate market.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
