Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Location: Wakad Experience Required: Minimum 6 month in Real Estate Sales Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive with at least 6 month of experience in real estate sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:  Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.  Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about projects.  Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective buyers.  Maintain and develop relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.  Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation for property sales.  Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth sales operations.  Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements:  Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (Residential/Commercial).  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.  Good understanding of the local property market.  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.  Ability to work independently as well as in a team.  Presentable personality with a client-centric approach.  Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
