About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    sales planning and execution

    for residential and commercial real estate projects
  • Manage and conduct

    property site visits

    with prospective buyers
  • Understand client needs and recommend

    suitable property options

  • Build strong client relationships through

    consultative selling

  • Follow up with leads and maintain engagement through the entire sales cycle
  • Help clients with documentation and post-sales support as needed

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduates only candidates must have completed their graduation

  • Experienced sales professionals from the

    real estate industry

  • Strong

    communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence in handling

    high-value clients

    and negotiations
  • Proven

    track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Good

    local area knowledge

    of the real estate market (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently
