Key Responsibilities: Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads through calls, networking, and client meetings. Present and promote real estate projects to potential clients effectively. Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitive projects, and pricing strategies. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business. Conduct property site visits with clients and address their queries. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the back-end team for lead updates, documentation, and after-sales service. Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients and provide timely feedback to management. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure target-based roles. Good knowledge of the local property market.
