Real Estate Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Pinecliff Realty, a leading real estate mandate firm in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to connect with potential clients.   For more details visit – www.pinecliffrealty.com   Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Make 120 daily calls to potential leads to introduce and promote ongoing real estate projects. OR Conduct 3 per day face-to-face meetings with client’s offsite locations, to provide detailed information about the project. Project Briefing: Welcome clients and provide comprehensive details about the project, including features, amenities, location benefits, and pricing. Address all queries and concerns to ensure clients have a clear understanding of the project. Client Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with clients who have shown interest in the project or have visited the site. Maintain regular communication to build relationships and address any additional questions. Sales Conversion: Strategically engage with clients to convert inquiries into bookings. Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the firm. Qualifications Freshers and experience are welcome Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Any Degree or Master's degree in Business (MBA), Marketing, or a related field.
