Real Estate Sales Executive

We are seeking a high-performing Real Estate Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong experience in property sales, investment advisory, or real estate lead conversions. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, confident in client communication, and capable of guiding investors through high-value real estate opportunities.   This role focuses on generating qualified leads, nurturing investor relationships, closing sales, and expanding our presence in the real estate investment market. Candidates with a strong understanding of real estate trends, customer profiling, and market dynamics will be preferred.   Key Responsibilities:   * Generate and manage high-quality leads for real estate investment projects. * Conduct property presentations, virtual pitches, and in-person consultations for investors. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, channel partners, and investors. * Understand customer investment goals and recommend suitable real estate opportunities. * Stay updated with market trends, property appreciation data, and competitor offerings. * Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM updates, and achieve monthly revenue targets. * Coordinate with marketing and project teams to optimize conversions and investor experience. * Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and end-to-end sales closure.   Preferred Skills:   * Proven experience in real estate sales / property consulting / investment advisory. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to understand investor profiles and recommend tailored property solutions. * Experience in handling high-ticket sales (residential, commercial, land, fractional, etc.). * Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. * Strong network within the Hyderabad real estate market (added advantage). * Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
