Key Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in marketing within the real estate industry. Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, property promotions, and lead generation techniques. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media campaigns, SEO, and offline marketing initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan and execute marketing events, property exhibitions, and client engagement activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (CRM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.). Roles & Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing plans to promote real estate projects and brand visibility. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Drive lead generation through digital and offline marketing channels. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Support sales teams with qualified leads and marketing collateral. Campaigns & Promotions: Plan and manage advertising campaigns, social media promotions, and property launch events. Create engaging marketing content, brochures, and presentations.
