Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Real Estate Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property tours, building client relationships, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal property. Key Responsibilities : Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct property tours and explain features and benefits to clients. Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and site visits. Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business. Provide accurate information on market conditions, prices, and available properties. Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction processes. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings through Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (residential sales, property sales). Strong convincing ability, selling skills, negotiation, and pressure handling abilities. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients; team skills for collaboration. Presentable appearance for representing the company at client meetings.
