Negotiation: Intermediate and negotiate offers, terms, and conditions to achieve the best possible outcome for clients. Market analysis: Perform comparative market analyses to estimate property values and stay informed on current market trends and competitor activity. Administrative duties: Prepare and process all necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and closing statements. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Marketing collaboration: Work with the marketing department to develop and execute promotional materials and strategies for listings.
