Gurgaon Experience Required: Minimum 5-6 Years (Real Estate Sales) Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives) About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate must have strong sales skills, proven real estate market knowledge, and the ability to achieve targets while building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation to site visits, negotiations, and closure. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Guide clients on property options, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events. Requirements Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential / Commercial). Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
