With a strong foothold in the Noida market, we specialize in residential and commercial property sales, investment advisory, and project marketing. Key Responsibilities:Generate and follow up on sales leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits. Understand client requirements and offer suitable real estate solutions. Schedule and conduct site visits, show properties to potential buyers/investors. Maintain relationships with clients for repeat and referral business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, project launches, and pricing. Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns. Participate in promotional events and exhibitions when required. Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment. Good negotiation and closing skills. Own conveyance is preferred. Familiarity with Noida and nearby real estate markets is an advantage.
