We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and facilitating property sales. Responsibilities

Generate leads and build relationships with clients to facilitate property sales.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about the properties.
Prepare and present property proposals and negotiate sales agreements.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers and property inspectors.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
