The individual will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their real estate needs, providing personalized property consultations, and closing sales effectively. Daily tasks include promoting properties, conducting site visits, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on local real estate market trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and strong familiarity with the real estate market.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Sales expertise complemented by persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and regional languages.
