Job Description

  • Identify and assess financial, market, legal, operational, and environmental risks in real estate investments and projects.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on real estate transactions and development projects.
  • Analyze zoning laws, environmental compliance, insurance coverage, and legal/title issues.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including insurance plans and contingency measures.
  • Prepare risk assessment reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Collaborate with asset managers, legal counsel, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamic.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Risk Management, Urban Planning, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in real estate risk consulting, investment analysis, or property development.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, regulatory compliance, and risk control frameworks.
  • Experience with tools like Excel (advanced), ARGUS, GIS, or risk modeling platforms(Not Mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
