Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Relationship Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing expert advice. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, showing properties, negotiating deals, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful transactions.

* Understand client needs, budgets, and preferences to suggest suitable properties.

* Work in CRM and update with client details, follow-ups, and deal progress.

* Share daily/weekly sales reports with management.

* Organize and conduct property site visits.

* Negotiate effectively to achieve successful deal closures.

* Present property options (residential/commercial) aligned with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of real estate markets, property trends, and investment opportunities
• At least 6months of Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and sales
• Market Research and Analytical skills
• Negotiation, Communication, and Coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professionalism and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
