Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Relationship Manager at FOIP.in located in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
