Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Gurugram. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a client database. Daily tasks include engaging customers in a professional manner, addressing questions and concerns, and providing information about products or services. Additional duties involve following up on leads and completing sales where applicable.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
• Demonstrated ability in Sales
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Experience with telemarketing software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
