Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales & Relationship Manager located in Gurugram. The Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Daily tasks will include client engagement, property showings, negotiating deals, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The role also involves Sales , market research, maintaining records, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in client engagement, negotiation, and relationship management
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with legal aspects of real estate transactions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields preferred
