We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will utilize their strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and negotiation abilities to drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of our real estate business.
1. Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential buyers.
2. Prospect and generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
3. Conduct property viewings and provide information to clients about available properties, pricing, terms of sale, and market conditions.
4. Advise clients on real estate investments, financing options, and market trends.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized service throughout the buying process.
6. Coordinate with clients, convince them for site visits and sealing the deals.
7. Coordinate with developer's sales managers.
8. Stay updated on real estate market trends, industry regulations, and competitive developments.
9. Prepare and maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM software.
10. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
3. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
5. In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
7. Basic knowledge of MS Office suite and CRM software.
8. Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
9. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience as sales executive in the real estate industry.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
