Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Manager to lead client relationships, drive sales strategies, and oversee property transactions. This role demands strong market knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to achieve sales growth in the competitive real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop sales strategies and execute business plans for project promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
• Handle high-value property transactions from lead generation to closure.
• Guide clients with property options, investment opportunities, and legal/financial formalities.
• Conduct regular market research to track competitors and new project launches.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales support.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales/management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and client-handling skills.
• Excellent communication & negotiation abilities in Hindi and English.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in real estate.
• In-depth knowledge of Delhi-NCR real estate market.
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
