Role Overview: We are hiring a Telecaller cum Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion in the dynamic real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leads. • Explain project details to prospective clients and resolve their queries. • Schedule site visits and coordinate with clients for meetings. • Maintain strong follow-ups and client relationship management. • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Update client database (CRM) and maintain accurate records. • Collaborate with the sales team for smooth deal closures. Requirements: • 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling/Sales (Real Estate preferred). • Strong communication & convincing skills in Hindi and English. • Good client-handling and negotiation abilities. • Ability to work in a target-driven environment. • Knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools will be an added advantage.
