Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management, lease administration, and managing leases for various properties. The role involves coordinating with tenants, handling real estate transactions, and managing commercial real estate projects. Additional responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance and optimising property performance.

• Experience in the real estate industry is a must
• Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in real estate
• Experience in Property Management and Real Estate
• Expertise in Lease Administration and managing Leases
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
