Job Summary:

The Real Estate Business Manager plays a key leadership role in driving property sales, managing client relationships, overseeing marketing strategies, and ensuring the profitability of real estate projects. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate trends, team management, and business development strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the organization’s market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, property consultants, and administrative staff.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, brokers, and investor networks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and client retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize offerings.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to design and implement effective promotional campaigns and property launches.
  • Supervise documentation processes related to property transactions (e.g., agreements, registration, payments).
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to local laws, RERA (where applicable), and internal company policies.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present business insights to senior leadership.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability for the sales department.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales or business management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, property laws, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of legal documents related to property sales and leasing.

Pay: ₹24,029.28 - ₹90,000.00 per month
