Real Estate Associate

Role Description

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Real Estate Associate to handle end-to-end property documentation, legal compliance, land scouting, and sales support. The role involves close coordination with revenue offices, legal teams, and potential sellers to facilitate clean and viable real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all property-related documentation: sale deeds, agreements, fard, jamabandi, intkal, mutations, etc.
• Liaise with patwaris, tehsildars, and revenue officials for land records, demarcation, and mutation work.
• Scout and evaluate land parcels for investment and development potential.
• Conduct legal and title due diligence, encumbrance checks, and ownership verification.
• Support deed writing, registration processes, and legal coordination.
• Assist in real estate sales efforts including site visits, negotiations, and client interaction.
• Maintain organized records of all legal and transactional documents.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of land revenue systems and real estate documentation.
• Experience dealing with tehsil/patwar offices and property registrations.
• Familiarity with real estate sales and land acquisition processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
