Position: Real Estate Associate – Business Development (Luxury Interiors)

Location: Mangalore

Compensation: Fixed + Variable ( Higher than the regular industry standards )

What You’ll Do:

• Represent Spellbound in Mangalore’s real estate and high-end interiors scene.
• Build and nurture relationships with builders, brokers, and property owners.
• Identify upcoming luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Generate and close leads for interior projects through local connections.
• Act as the bridge between clients and our Bangalore design team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹66,666.00 - ₹166,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
