Job Description: As a Real Estate Executive specializing in Residential & Commercial properties in Pune, your role involves a variety of key responsibilities and requirements to excel in this field. Role Overview: You will be primarily responsible for Residential Leasing & Sales activities. This includes generating and managing leads for buying, selling, and renting residential properties. Your role will also involve conducting site visits and guiding clients through available listings. Building and nurturing strong relationships with landlords, buyers, and tenants will be crucial. Additionally, staying updated on market trends, pricing, and inventory is essential for success in this role. In the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) domain, your responsibilities will revolve around sourcing retail, office, and warehousing opportunities. Establishing partnerships with landlords, developers, and corporates is key. You will be managing listings, client site visits, negotiations, and closures. Providing clients with data-backed insights and proposals will be part of your regular tasks.
