Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Associate located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for assisting clients through real estate transactions, including identifying properties, negotiating leases, and finalizing commercial and residential deals. The role involves maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring seamless experiences throughout the buying, selling, and investment processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate, Real Estate Transactions, and Real Estate Development
• Ability to handle Leases and Commercial Real Estate processes
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders
• Analytical mindset to assess market trends and identify optimal property options
• Proficiency in local real estate regulations and property documentation processes
• Background in sales or consulting within the real estate domain is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
