About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Tele caller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting residential and commercial property projects, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and building long-term client relationships.

Your mantra to success in this role — KYC, Patience & Follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build a strong sales funnel through cold calling, emailing, and lead generation activities.
2. Handle incoming queries and establish good client relationships.
3. Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers and understanding their requirements.
4. Maintain and update the lead and customer database on a regular basis.
5. Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set by the business.
6. Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
7. Explain details of ongoing and upcoming real estate projects clearly and confidently.
8. Understand client needs and suggest suitable property options.
9. Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
10. Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversions.
11. Address client inquiries and resolve concerns politely and professionally.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years in Telecalling/Customer Service; prior Real Estate experience preferred.
• Languages: Fluent in Hindi and basic English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and convincing abilities.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
• Personality: Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle pressure.
• Work Ethic: Highly goal-driven and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.
