Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of luxury residential and commercial properties across Gurgaon (DLF, Golf Course Road, New Gurgaon, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, NRIs, investors, and corporate clients.
• Conduct site visits, manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, market trends, competitor offerings, and legal documentation.
• Handle client negotiations and ensure premium customer experience.
• Liaise with developers, architects, and channel partners to stay updated on project details.
• Manage a team of sales executives (optional based on role level).
• Represent the company at high-end property expos and networking events.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in luxury or premium real estate sales or high ticket sales in any domain in Gurgaon.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Existing client base of HNIs and investors is a strong advantage.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA preferred).
• Should own a vehicle and be willing to travel within NCR.
