Real Estate Associate

As an Associate Real Estate (Warehouse) at our company, your role involves supporting the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of warehouse spaces across strategic markets. You will be responsible for tasks such as market research, lease negotiations, stakeholder coordination, and project tracking to ensure timely and cost-effective site acquisitions aligned with company growth objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in sourcing and evaluating potential warehouse locations based on operational, financial, and logistical criteria. - Conduct market research, including demographic, zoning, and competitor analysis. - Liaise with real estate brokers, landlords, and local authorities to gather site information and negotiate terms. - Support lease negotiations, ensuring alignment with company standards and legal requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, legal, finance, operations) to assess and approve prospective sites. - Maintain and update a pipeline of warehouse opportunities and track progress through acquisition stages. - Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory guidelines. - Must maintain a clear DPR/ MIS in the given format. **Qualifications:** - Any bachelor's degree (Regular) preferred. Any certification like Rera is a plus. - 13 years of experience in real estate acquisition, warehouse operations, or logistics (internships included). - Strong skills in site selection and analysis as per the company requirement. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Familiarity with lease agreements and commercial real estate processes is a plus. - Willingness to travel as needed. - Knowing any one south regional language except mother tongue is a plus. - Basic knowledge about warehouse infrastructure is a plus.,
