Role Description: As a Real Estate Associate at SquareYard, you'll be the face of our business in the field. You’ll be building relationships, sourcing clients, advising them on residential & commercial properties, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Generate and nurture leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals Pitch our property listings and solutions to prospective clients Conduct site visits, property analysis, and client meetings Understand the needs of buyers / investors and provide tailored property options Negotiate deals, coordinate paperwork, and support the transaction process Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients What We’re Looking For: Proven sales ability (inside sales / real estate is a big plus) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Knowledge of local real estate market (preferred but not mandatory) Perks & Benefits: Competitive base + attractive commission structure Training on real estate sales, market trends, and advisory Opportunity for rapid growth in a global firm Office located in a prime business area Performance bonuses, incentives, and recognition Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
