About Us:
SquareYard is a multinational real estate services firm operating across 9 countries and 17 cities in India. We specialize in property advisory, brokerage, and investment solutions — and we’re looking to strengthen our team in Pune.

Role Description:
As a Real Estate Associate at SquareYard, you'll be the face of our business in the field. You’ll be building relationships, sourcing clients, advising them on residential & commercial properties, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and nurture leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Pitch our property listings and solutions to prospective clients
• Conduct site visits, property analysis, and client meetings
• Understand the needs of buyers / investors and provide tailored property options
• Negotiate deals, coordinate paperwork, and support the transaction process
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales ability (inside sales / real estate is a big plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Knowledge of local real estate market (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
